At For The Village, we are dedicated to empowering, educating, and advocating for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), low-income, LGBTQIA+, and under-resourced families throughout San Diego County during their unique childbirth and postpartum journeys. Our mission is to ensure equitable access to respectful, culturally sensitive, and comprehensive support.
Our vision is to improve perinatal outcomes by equipping our community doulas with education, support, and training. We aim to work collaboratively with our community partners to educate, support, and empower pregnant community members. By providing our doulas with the necessary tools and advocating for reproductive justice, we ensure the highest standards of care and support for their clients.
