Mission Statement

“Our mission is to prioritize the healing of Black women and girls by fostering transformative, multigenerational spaces for learning, unlearning, and sisterhood—where rest is honored as a radical act of resistance, sisterhood heals, and communities are strengthened by collective care.”

Vision Statement

“Our vision is to empower Black women and thus Black people to reclaim rest, joy, and peace, cultivating multigenerational spaces of healing, restoration, and transformation while walking in the liberation and radical rest our ancestors made possible.”
